Board Evaluations

We are strong believers in the importance of board performance management, and offer an approach to board evaluation that centres on quality conversations with directors and stakeholders of the board. This allows a deep exploration into the background and context of feedback, enabling us to examine what is not being said, as well as what is.

We offer a strategic yet practical review, aiming to arrive at a small number of achievable and high-impact actions for the board to implement. We also advocate for boards to consider incorporating individual director contributions into the board review. We are skilled at collating and sharing insights on a confidential basis, as well as supporting directors and Chairs in future development.

In conjunction with our Leadership Solutions Practice, we work with boards and directors to enhance performance:
