WHAT WE DO
Leadership Assesment and Benchmarking
We provide internationally recognised psychometric testing methods that deliver deeper insights on an individual’s leadership profile and fit with an organisation and the role.
Our in-depth leadership interviews and psychometric assessments form an integral part of our senior executive selection process.
We use these to identify a candidate’s leadership profile, potential derailer behaviours, and detailed insights into their ‘match-fitness’ for the job. The assessment can also be expanded to include the candidate’s fit with the leadership styles of the hiring manager and wider executive team.
Since our inception in 2005, we have amassed significant experience in Executive Search and we have leveraged this to develop a leadership competency framework that forms the basis for our assessment and benchmarking.
We will also partner with our clients to tailor the assessment criteria as needed.
We have developed a leadership competency framework to support the assessment of executives. Depending on client needs, we use a combination of behavioural and competency interviews, psychometric analysis, simulation exercises and 360-degree referencing.

Executive and Board Retreat
We use a systematic approach to enable boards and executive teams to achieve their full potential by facilitating difficult conversations and building alignment. This can be with boards, executive teams, and between a board and its executive team.
We appreciate the context for every team is different with specific issues to address, and we will tailor the approach and activities accordingly.
CEO and Executive Succession Planning
We partner with our clients to develop role profiles for the CEO, leadership team, and other critical positions to enable potential candidates to be objectively measured against the right competencies.
We then assess both internal and external candidates against the competency framework, and work with our clients to create development plans for the internal talent pipeline. This is described in greater detail under our “CEO Succession” service offering.
Executive and Governance Coaching
We offer bespoke one-to-one coaching services to executives and directors/Chairs. This can be for onboarding, leadership development, managing team dynamics, career transition or outplacement.
For executive transition/outplacement, we give additional support with CV writing and interview techniques, including mock interviews with feedback.
