CEO Succession Evening

Kerridge & Partners recently hosted an event focused on CEO succession for Directors. The process of appointing a Chief Executive is something that boards don’t have to do very often. Yet it is commonly talked of as the single most important task for directors in terms of its influence on the performance of the organisation.

Special thanks to David Clarke, Susan Peterson and Peter Kerridge for sharing their valuable insights on the panel, which was facilitated by our Leadership Solutions Partner, Cheewei Kwan.  Participants also had the opportunity to share their experiences and learnings in small groups, which was then reported back to the plenary session.
